Enable Internet Explorer Cookies:::: Please make sure that you have your cookies enabled when you attempt to log in. Below are directions on how to enable the cookies on Internet Explorer. To enable cookies: 1. Open Internet Explorer 2. Open "Tools" on the toolbar and select "Internet Options" 3. Select the "Security" tab 4. Click on the "Custom Level" button 5. Scroll down about a third of the way and there will be 2 options having to do with cookies. Make sure that both are enabled. 6. Click "OK" and "Apply". Disable AOL cookies:::: 1. Log Into AOL 2. In top option bars (Mail, People, Services, etc), click on 'Settings' 3. Click on 'Preferences', and A Pop-up window will open. 4. Click on 'Internet Properties(WWW):' This will open your Internet Properties. Depending on what version of Windows you have, you may or may not see a tab marked 'Privacy'. If you do, click on it. ***If you don't, skip down a few lines.*** 5. Click on the button marked 'Advanced' 6. Make sure 'Override automatic cookie handling' is checked. 7. Make sure 'First-party Cookies' and 'Third Parties' are marked as disabled. 8. Make sure 'Always allow session cookies' is not checked. 9. Click on 'Ok', then 'Apply' then 'OK' to close out of Internet Properties. You should now be able to log into the site. ***If you do not have a tab marked 'Privacy'... 1. Click on the 'Security' tab. 2. Click on the button marked 'Custom Level'. 3. Go through the list and mark anything with 'cookie' or 'session' in it to 'Disable'. 4. Click on 'Ok', then 'Apply' then 'OK' to close out of Internet Properties. |
